France 260 Megayacht Class (or similar)

This is a class listing, not one individual yacht. About 100 yachts worldwide charter between EUR 450,000 and EUR 650,000 a week, typically 230 to 300 feet, from yards such as Benetti, Sanlorenzo, Amels, Lurssen and Heesen; about 60 of them spend the summer in the Mediterranean, where the French Riviera is the home base for most of them. We can show 3 of them here. We have access to all of them and can offer every one of them for your charter; the others simply cannot be advertised online: often the owner does not want his yacht shown publicly, and sometimes her manager does not permit online listings. Inquire for an individual proposal for your dates. They are privately owned yachts, each with her own owner and crew, not a rental fleet. Their calendars are not public, and some owners do not allow their yacht to be advertised online at all, so those can only be shown to you directly. That is why we present the class rather than one boat: tell us your dates and who is coming and we match you with the best available yacht in it, one we have inspected and whose crew we know. The exact yacht, with her own photos, crew profile and sample menu, is confirmed before you book.

Yachts in this class take twelve guests in seven or more suites, with a crew of around twenty-six. Rates start from EUR 450,000 a week and reach EUR 650,000. Riviera charters run on plus-expenses terms: fuel, food, drinks and berthing are paid at cost through an advance provisioning allowance, typically 30 to 35 percent of the charter fee, and French VAT is added to the charter fee. We give you the all-in estimate for your week before you decide. At this level every charter is individually negotiated: the fee depends on the week, the itinerary, delivery and the VAT position of the yacht.

A megayacht at anchor off the coast: a beach club and several terraces at the waterline, more than one tender, and a crew large enough that nothing has to be arranged in advance.
