He believes that a strong, cohesive crew makes all the difference and ensures every aspect of maintaining and running a yacht is undertaken professionally and efficiently. Captain Simone holds the sailing and motor boats Nautical license without range limits and the Yachtmaster certificate. With his proven knowledge and experience, Simone is sure to lead guests on a custom-tailored experience during which they will be treated with the utmost care and hospitality.

First Mate: Stefano Ballini

Stefano is a professional and experienced First Officer whose passion for sailing led him into Yachting Industry.
Extremely dedicated to his job, Stefano ensures smooth day to day mechanical operations of the yacht.
Over the years, Stefano has worked on a vast array of yachts, developing in-depth knowledge of the on-board- machinery and of the equipment used.
He is an enthusiastic and positive team member, with a great eye for detail.
Italian mother tongue, he has a basic knowledge of English.
Stewardess (TBC): Serena Meloni

Serena Meloni was born in Sardinia in 1991. After her Diploma in Nautical Studies, she started working as deckhand and stewardess on several motor yachts. Then, she spent two seasons first onboard a catamaran and a sailing yacht.
In 2019, she was back to motor yachts, on the Mangusta 80’ STAND BY ME. That same year, she took her STCW95 certifications.
She is mother tongue Italian and has a good working knowledge of English.
Serena is a happy person with good communication skills and loves to work in a team.
