Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like Kokonut’s Wally, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price (€17,500 - €28,000), making the charter cost €87,500 to €98,000. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.

Laurent runs KOKONUT’S WALLY with the calm of someone who has seen every harbor trick before, giving you tight maneuvers, safe passages, and a smooth charter that feels under control from the first line cast off.- Joined the yachting industry in 1987 at age 19 in Eze-sur-Mer.
- Over 30 years’ experience in yachting, including 21 years as captain.
- Commanded multiple motor yachts up to ~82 ft (e.g. MISS CLAUDIA, PASSION IV, NO ONE SLEEPS, SPLENDID V).
- Speaks French and English.
Nellie tracks every preference like a flight recorder, dialing in service, coffee, and details so guests barely need to ask before things appear exactly how they want them.- Entered yachting in August 2022 after graduating high school.
- First role as sole stewardess on M/Y NORTH EXPLORER (33m).
- Worked on 73m M/Y CORAL OCEAN and 73m M/Y PODIUM in rotated housekeeping, service, and laundry roles.
- Speaks Swedish, English, and French; trained in silver service and as a barista.
Nicole keeps the boat running soft for families, quietly organizing service while turning kids’ energy into games and structure instead of chaos.- Joined yachting in 2021 on a 14m sailing catamaran in Cape Town, managing the bar and assisting on deck.
- Worked as stewardess on the French Riviera covering both service and housekeeping.
- Served as sole Chef/Stewardess on a 20m private motor yacht in the Mediterranean.
- Speaks English, Dutch, and Afrikaans; former children’s instructor.
